1. Services Provided

SmileMore Cleaning offers residential and apartment cleaning services throughout Brooklyn and Queens, New York. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking request.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • Please provide accurate information when booking, including your name, address, and preferred date/time.

  • We may contact you by phone or email to confirm or adjust your appointment.

  • For any changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us by phone at (917) 603-1069 or email sales@smilemorecleaning.com as soon as possible.

To avoid any fees, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled cleaning.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a short-notice cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and is unable to access your home at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked as a lockout, and a service fee may apply.

4. Payments

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or other approved payment methods.

  • Prices listed on our website or quotes are subject to change depending on the scope of work or property condition.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied.
If you are not happy with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best cleaning results, please:

  • Secure valuable or fragile items before our team arrives.

  • Provide access to water, electricity, and safe entry to the property.

  • Notify us of any special cleaning requests or conditions (e.g., pets, allergies, or fragile surfaces).

7. Liability

At SmileMore Cleaning, we are fully dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. However, certain limitations apply:

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that may break due to age, poor condition, or improper installation.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Our team takes every precaution to treat your home and belongings with the utmost care and respect during every visit.

8. Changes to These Terms

SmileMore Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately when posted on our website.
